Supporting social mobility
In partnership with local universities, we offer internship programs, and work with local boroughs and training providers to run apprenticeship programs. We also engage in workplace visits, careers fairs and mentorship programmes, with a particular focus on supporting young people from challenging socio-economic backgrounds.
